Additional responsibilities include web development and customer communications, including extending Koala Tee’s social media networks. Her new role will also include understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to promote and sell the appropriate products and services to Koala Tee customers, both new and existing.

Ms. Hacker has spent the last five years providing excellent customer service while employed at local area businesses, such as Lockheed Martin Gyrocam Systems and others. Ms. Hacker has a Digital Production certificate from the International Academy of Design and Technology and graduated from the Sarasota Military Academy with honors.
